Prices exclude hardware and are estimates only. We confirm your final price by phone or email once we’ve seen photos and the details of your setup.
The chart is labour. If you ask us to bring the bracket, the calculator adds it at the price on our TV mount shop, and a full-motion setup up to 65 inches on drywall switches to the combo deal on its own whenever that works out cheaper. How accurate is the TV mounting cost calculator?
It runs on the same starting prices as our price chart, so for a standard job the number you see is the number we'd quote you on the phone. Lines tagged Confirm, Estimate or Photo are the parts a chart can't see - the wall, the mantel, the exact model - and we settle those before we arrive, not on the day.
Does the price include the TV mount?
No. Installation prices are labour only. Pick Bring one for me and the calculator adds the bracket we'd bring at our shop price, or hand us one you already own and we'll check it against your TV before we drill. The one exception is the full-motion combo, which bundles the mount and the installation into a single price.
Why do some jobs need a photo?
Under-cabinet installs and most above-fireplace jobs vary too much for a fixed number, so those are priced from a photo. Brick, concrete, marble, stone and tile walls - or a wall you're not sure about - still get a starting price, but we need a photo before we confirm it. Guessing would mean either padding the price or changing it on the day, and we'd rather do neither. Add your photos right in the calculator and they go with your request.
How much does it cost to mount a TV in Toronto?
A fixed or tilt mount on regular drywall starts at $179.99 for TVs up to 65 inches, and full motion starts at $189.99. Hiding the wires in the wall adds from $99.99, TVs above 75 inches start at $200, and a pull-down mantel mount above a fireplace starts at $399.99. All of it is before HST.
Can I price more than one TV?
Yes. Add up to five TVs with the tabs above the form - each new one starts as a copy of the last, since most people's second TV looks a lot like their first. Each TV is priced on its own, and we look at the whole job together when we confirm it.
