When the location works, a tilting or purpose-chosen bracket can improve the sightline while keeping the television clear of the surround.

Send the television make, model and screen size. If you already own a bracket, include its model or a clear photo of the label. We can check the VESA pattern, rated weight and whether a fixed, tilting or full-motion bracket fits the way you want to use the room. Large or very thin screens may need a second installer; knowing the exact model lets us decide that before the appointment.
Stand back far enough to show the whole wall, nearby outlets, furniture, fireplace, cabinetry and the intended TV position. A wide photo is more useful than a close-up of one outlet because it shows the viewing context and likely cable route. For tile, stone, slat panelling or built-ins, add one closer image so we can see the finish and seams.

What moves the number is the size of the screen, what the wall is made of, and where the TV needs to sit. Marble, stone, under-cabinet and above-fireplace jobs take longer and need different anchors, so we quote those directly.

Not inside the concrete — nothing goes into a structural wall or slab. We run a slim channel and paint it to match instead, which looks intentional rather than patched. In a wood-framed house the cable goes inside the wall and disappears entirely.
Quite different. A house is usually drywall over wood framing, so the cable can run inside the wall. A condo is usually concrete, which means masonry anchors, a surface channel for the cable, and building paperwork before we can start. The mount itself is equally solid either way.
Often, but not always. We look at what's behind the wall, the mantel depth, how much heat the fireplace throws and how high you'd end up looking. Mounting too high is the most common thing we get asked back to correct, so we'll flag a bad spot before drilling.
