The brief
The entire point of a Samsung Frame is that it does not look like a TV. It sits flush to the wall with no shadow line behind it, and in art mode it reads as a picture. That effect depends completely on the panel sitting genuinely flat — and because nothing stands off the wall, there is nowhere to hide a bracket that is a couple of millimetres out. On an ordinary TV that error disappears into the gap. On a Frame it is the first thing you see.
So the wall gets more attention than the television does. We check how flat the surface actually is, shim the slim-fit bracket true, and plan where the One Connect box is going to live before anything is drilled — because the whole look falls apart if a cable comes out of the bottom of a picture frame.
